About MealEncore
MealEncore started as a personal frustration.
After cooking the same dish three times — and forgetting each time that the kids didn't like the sauce — it became clear that the problem wasn't cooking. It was memory.
Recipe apps tell you what to cook. Meal planners tell you what to buy. But nothing helps you remember what actually happened at your own table: what worked, what didn't, and what the people you cook for genuinely loved.
MealEncore is built around a simple idea: your family's real reactions, captured quickly after each meal, become more valuable over time. A quick voice note. A tap from each family member. A cook's note when something stood out.
Over weeks and months, this becomes a picture of your family's actual taste — not a generic meal plan, but your own history.
What MealEncore does
- Records meals by voice or text in under 15 seconds
- Lets each family member rate each dish separately
- Captures cook's notes alongside family reactions
- Surfaces what to make again, based on what your family loved
- Shows weekly and monthly insights about what your family ate
What MealEncore doesn't do
- It doesn't suggest recipes from a library
- It doesn't generate meal plans
- It doesn't tell you what to buy
- It doesn't judge what you cook
It just remembers.
