By using MealEncore ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What MealEncore is

MealEncore is a personal meal memory tool. It helps you record meals, capture family ratings, and surface patterns over time. It is not a medical device, nutritional advisor, or meal planning service.

3. Your account

You can sign in with a Google account or with an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Your data

Your meal records, ratings, and notes belong to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and used.

5. Service availability

MealEncore is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions.

6. Acceptable use

You may use MealEncore for personal, family use. You may not:

• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the Service in ways that violate applicable laws

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or within the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Pricing

MealEncore is currently free during its early access period. We intend to introduce paid plans in the future. Existing users will be notified in advance of any changes to pricing. We will not charge you without your explicit consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence also apply.
